Dear Business Owner,
Every year Salem Youth Baseball sets out to raise money to sustain one of the best Little League associations in the State of NH. The sponsors that contribute to this effort benefit from the constant advertising that is done on their behalf to the parents of over 1000 children that play little league baseball every year. As you know, one of the most important forms of advertising is word of mouth and word spreads fast of the sponsors of our league. You have the opportunity to have your business’ name if front of this audience everyday by sponsoring a team or a sign.
Thanks in large part to donations from individuals and businesses; Salem Youth Baseball had another extremely successful year in 2009. Over 900 boys and girls within the town participated in Little League and Babe Ruth Baseball. This past year we were able to pave the area around our blockhouse, make improvements to the playing fields, and installed lights on the Babe Ruth field at Michele Park.
Salem Youth Baseball realizes that the current economic times may be having an impact on your business and we appreciate not only the support you’ve given in the past, but also the contributions to come now and in future years. We feel that adding lights to the fields will allow us to provide more value to our advertisers with increased playing time, which means more ad-time to our Sign Sponsors, and more flexible scheduling for our kids and parents. This will also go along way to attract other towns to attend our tournaments increasing your marketing audience.
Once again, we are asking for your help supporting Salem Youth Baseball through a Team Sponsorship, or Sign Sponsorship during the 2010 season from your business.
Spring “Light up the Night” Dinner Dance Program - $50, $100, or $150
Create your own advertisement to be displayed in the event program. This is a night of fun for all the parents of SYB held on March 26th at the Harris Pelham Inn. Ads are available in ¼ page, ½ page, and full page sizes. If you’re in the mood to network…purchase tickets to attend this event for $25/person or $200/table (seats 10).
Wall of Fame Sponsorship - $150:
Put your mark on (or your name) on the best baseball park in New Hampshire by sponsoring a wall of fame plaque. Each donor will get a plaque with the name of your choice placed on the back of one of the dugouts at Michelle Park. Each dugout conveniently faces the area where the parents sit to watch the games. Space is limited so order yours today!
Hole Sponsorship - $250:
Includes a sign with your company name prominently displayed on one of the 18 tee boxes at the Celebrity Golf Tournament being held at Merrimack Valley Country Club in Methuen on Monday, June 14th, 2010.
Team Sponsorship - $250:
Includes a commemorative plaque including your Team’s picture. The team will wear hats with your business name embroidered on the back. You will receive 5 team hats to keep or distribute to clients plus a listing of your name in Salem Youth Baseball publications, web site, advertisements and standings.
Sign Sponsorship - $600:
This involves a 3-year commitment and includes everything that a Team Sponsorship has to offer plus a 4’x4’ aluminum sign with your company’s colored logo placed in the outfield of one of Michelle Park’s beautiful fields for each season (Spring, Summer, and Fall) of the commitment. This promotes name and logo recognition for your company and not only gives you exposure to the hundreds of SYB families, but also the hundreds of people who visit for summer tournaments and district play. .
Combo Package Sponsorship - $1,000:
This package is for people who don’t like to make decisions because you’ll enjoy the whole kit and caboodle!. You’ll receive an upgrade to a full page ad in the “Light up the Night” Dinner/Dance, a place on the wall of fame, a hole-sponsorship at the Old Fogies Celebrity Golf Tournament, the pride of sponsoring your own team as well as a 4’x4’ sign sponsorship to display your company’s logo on one of Michelle Park’s prestigious baseball diamonds.
Field of Dreams Lifetime Sign Sponsorship - $2,500:
Includes everything that a Team Sponsorship has to offer plus an 8’x8’ aluminum, fade-resistant sign with your company’s colored logo prominently displayed on the backstop of the newly lit Michelle-3 field. This sign will face the blockhouse and remain there for the life of the sign (Expected life is 10 years). There is limited space available for these signs so they will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
Other Donations or Raffle Sponsorship – Face Value
If you are not in a position to contribute in any of the above sponsorship levels, please feel free to send a donation in the amount of your choice. You can also advertise your business by donating raffle prizes (i.e. gift certificates, gift baskets, etc) for the raffles to be pulled at several events throughout the year.
